It's the Battle of Brexit and a ruling from an 11 judge panel of top judges in the UK being called a "Supreme Court".
They ruled that Prime Minister Boris Johnson's suspension of Parliament ahead of a Queen's Speech next month was illegal.
The court directing the Speakers of the House of Commons and the House of Lords to take action to get back into session.
A statement from the Prime Minister's office says that it is "processing" the decision. Later in the day the Prime Minister saying he respects the court decision.
The controversial speaker of the House of Commons, John Bercow, saying the House must "convene without delay".
The BBC reporting that Parliament will be back in session tomorrow.
Labor Party leader Jeremy Corbyn calling on the Prime Minister to resign.
Johnson is flying back tonight from the UN General Assembly in New York making an early return to London following the court decision.
Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage says that Johnson's decision to suspend Parliament was "the worst political decision ever".
Farage continues to warn about Boris Johnson's ultimate goal, which he fears is another Theresa May type deal with the European Union selling out the sovereignty of the United Kingdom.
Farage telling the media that chances of getting out of the European Union by October 31st 'have completely evaporated'.
Johnson refused an alliance with the Brexit Party this week Farage tweeting in part: "Perhaps he doesn't want a clean break Brexit and prefers Mrs. May's sell-out.".....FARAGE TWEET

In Israel the Blue and White Party, winners of last week's elections, sitting down with the Likud Party to discuss a "unity government" including the notion of rotation of the role of Prime Minister in the country between Benny Gantz of Blue and White and Benjamin Netanyahu of Likud.

The President said that those who are "open border activists" are supporting policies that are "cruel and unjust" assisting criminal enterprises in moving people across borders. The President expressing his opposition to "globalism".
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov says that both Russia and the United Nations should offer a tough response to a US decision denying visas to Russian delegates to attend the UN General Assembly.
Peskov says the US has broken international rules and its decision is "alarming and certainly unacceptable".

The Paris home of Jeffrey Epstein searched by French authorities Monday investigating suspicions of rape and sexual assault.
Last week a search was conducted at the Paris. modeling agency founded by Epstein's friend Jean-Luc Brunel.
Investigations are underway into both Epstein, who died in his prison cell in New York last month, and Brunel.
