That's what one protest sign said today as students in the United States and around the world skipped classes to protest about climate change.


Protesting students in New York City were not marked absent from school but the word from the school district in Philadelphia was that protesting students would be considered absent on Friday.



Britain's Prince Andrew called an "abuser" and a "participant" by Jeffrey Epstein accuser Virginia Guiffre.


Guiffre, formerly Virginia Roberts, says she has sex with the prince at the age of 17.


The Duke of York denying any sexual relationship with Guiffre.

The Battle of Brexit.    The Conservative Party closing ranks against Nigel Farage and his Brexit Party as Prime Minister Boris Johnson seeks to cut a deal with the European Union that is seen as a "fake Brexit"


Jacob Rees-Mogg, who has claimed to be on the side of Brexit within the Conservative Party, is now saying that while he respects Nigel Farage those who left to join the Brexit Party must return to the Conservative Party or else they will be voting for Jeremy Corbyn and the Labor Party.


But Nigel Farage's response is that if the Conservatives refuse to work with the Brexit Party, they will be responsible for any political victory by Jeremy Corbyn.


When he ran for Conservative Party leader Boris Johnson said he would "deal with Nigel Farage".

Meanwhile in Brussels Friday Boris Johnson's Brexit Secretary Stephen Barclay meeting with European Union Chief Negotiator Michel Barnier.


Barlcay speaking of:

Barclay said that the UK and EU share a:



"common purpose"



in reaching a new deal.




Some 7500 French police being mobilized for Week 45 of the Yellow Vests protests in France's capital city.  Organizers calling for a gathering of "France In Paris"  Saturday.    The Champs-Elysees designated as a protest site beginning at 10 am local time.



Tear gas fired in Cairo's Tahrir Square  Friday night to disperse protesters demanding the resignation of President Abdul Fattah al-Sisi.



Demonstrations reported in other cities in Egypt Friday against President Sisi with allegations of corruption in the government.

There's been a report from "Al Masdar" in Beirut, Lebanon that Houthi rebels in Yemen are halting missile and drone attacks on Saudi Arabia after the Saudis offered a peace deal.

The Saudi military coalition launching a major offensive in Yemen in recent days.     The Saudi spokesman saying that sites for building remote control boats and launching drones and missiles were attacked.   The Houthi rebels of Yemen claim responsibility for last Saturday morning's attack on Saudi oil facilities.




Chinese President Xi Jinping calling Saudi Arabia's King Salman Friday.   The Chinese news agency Xinhua reporting that President Xi condemned last weekend's attacks and urged all parties to take steps to avoid escalation.

Fighting Iran to:



"the last American"



US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has broached the notion Friday following his meeting with Saudi Arabian and United Arab Emirates leaders and the Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif has commented.


Pompeo blaming Iran for wanting to wage war to "the last American" but Zarif countering that is the "B-team" of US foreign policy like Mr. Pompeo who want war and want to fight to "the last American".



The word from the Pentagon late Friday is that additional US military forces are being sent to protect Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.   The US not disclosing the number of people being deployed.



The US also sanctioning Iran's national bank on Friday.   Iran's Foreign Minister says the bank sanctions show the "desperate" approach of the United States to his country.



A drone strike by the United States  in Afghanistan with claims of many civilians killed.


The drone attack Wednesday follows the breakdown of peace negotiations between the Taliban and the United States and the latest round of bombing attacks by the Taliban across the country that have killed and wounded hundreds.


The drone strike was said to have targeted the Islamic State.   

  

Reports from the area say 30 killed and 40 wounded in the attack who were farm workers sitting at a bonfire.


Nigeria stopping the aid work of a group called "Action Against Hunger" saying that organization's aid program is supplying the Islamic terrorist group Boko Haram with food and drugs.

From Venezuela talks are underway between the Maduro regime and some opposition individuals.   Some prisoners have been released but the talks are seen as a sham with no end game of real change in the country and a continuation of Nicolas Maduro regime.

President Trump also taking on the allegation surrounding his phone conversation with Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky.


An official in the intelligence community monitoring the call has filed a whistleblower complaint over what is said to be President Trump asking for an investigation into the activities of former Vice-President Joe Biden's son in Ukraine.    The accuser saying military aid to Ukraine was linked to the launching of an investigation.


The President saying his conversations with foreign leaders are:

Mr. Biden, the apparent Democrat Presidential candidate in 2020 annointed by the Establishment, wants the transcript of the phone call released saying that if the news reports are true, there is "no bottom" to the President's "willingness to abuse his power".


The former Argentine president Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner to face trial for a fourth time on corruption charges.   No date for her new trial set on charges of taking 160 million dollars in bribes for steering public works contracts to favored business people.


Kirchner is on the ballot next month running for Vice-President in Argentina's general election.



The New England Patriots releasing wide receiver Antonio Brown after he played just one game last Sunday.    The team saying "it is best to move in a different direction at this time".


Brown is accused of rape by a former personal trainer, an allegation that he denies.
