Another natural disaster in southeastern Africa with Cyclone Idai affecting Mozambique, Zimbabwe and Malawi. 157 dead, hundreds missing.
As the world turns terrorism. I wrote in the news summary hours ago about a terrorist attack in Israel, in Samaria. One was dead originally, but one of the injured, a rabbi, also died. Two killed by the terrorist Sunday. The rabbi buried late Monday, The Israel Defense Forces raiding a village nearby the scene of the attack tonight.
The name of the village is "Burqin".
Other villages reported raided in the area as the search for suspect continues. "Instant News Alerts" tweeted yesterday about the notion that the terrorist was injured.
And there's the terrorism that isn't terrorism in the Netherlands.
An attack on a tram in Utrecht with three killed and five wounded Monday at 1045 am local time, 545 am Eastern US time.
Prime Minister Mark Rutte, whose party is sagging in the polls, didn't want to commit saying that terrorism was involved saying the investigation continues.
Its election day Wednesday for the provinces of the Netherlands with the parties and politicians including Geert Wilders of the Party of Freedom breaking off campaigning following the attack.
Gokmen Tanis, 37, a man with a criminal record according to police, arrested.
Key to giving terrorism serious consideration for what happened in the Netherlands today and not just terrorism, but potentially a retaliatory attack for the New Zealand mosque attacks is this.
Brenton Tarrant's manifesto made references to Turkey and Turkish immigration. Tarrant calling for the killing of Turks in Europe He wrote messaging all over his firearm and ammo clips including anti-Turk stuff.
The suspect in the attack in the Netherlands is Turkish-born.
On Sunday campaigning for local elections in Turkey, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan actually showed some of the video of the mosque attacks made by the mass murderer.
He kept up the pace of his campaign today Monday saying that Tarrant's wish to see Istanbul become Constantinople again ain't happening. Here's a direct quote from Erdogan:
"You can never make Istanbul into Constantinople. Your grandparents came before you and saw what we're made of, and they were sent back alive or in coffins..."
Wow!
So yes for political reasons it may be kept under the rug until after local election day in the Netherlands, but one has to strongly believe we saw retaliation for the New Zealand mosque attacks today.

The crackdown in France on Yellow Vests protests with bans on demonstrations in three cities in commercial districts.
Paris of course on the Champs-Elysees, but also in Bordeaux and Toulouse in commercial districts.
The police chief from Bordeaux is transferred to Paris.
Didier Lallemont is the man and some of his cops in Bordeaux beat and bloodied a member of the National Assembly, Loic Prudhomme, during a protest there. Lallemont vigorously defended their actions.
The leader of Prudhomme's party, the LFI party of the Left, Jean Luc-Melenchon quick to call for Interior Miniter Christophe Castaner to step down.

When we think of crackdown's lets not forget than Tommy Robinson is back on trial Friday at the Royal Courts of Justice in London. They are going after him for "contempt of court" again for livestreaming outside the child sex abuse trial involving Muslim defendants.
They could be sending Tommy back to jail Friday for all we know.
Been a ban on discussing the case ahead of the trial issued by the judge. Oops I'm not in the UK so I can tell you all about it..
After his summary trial last May 25th he ended up spending most of his two months plus in prison living in concentration camp style conditions in the sense he lost 40 pounds out of fear that the Muslim population of the prison (30 percent) would poison his prison food.
So this is big, do not ignore.

Yellow paint put on his home and car. The car tires punctured.
Drouet arrested twice by police and he called for protesters to come to Paris last Saturday to give Emmanuel Macron an "ultimatum".
Drouet's wife called police about this.
And here's something to think about. A lot of anger over Fox News and Judge Janine Pirro being apparently suspended at the very least by the network.
This genuflection to Islam it seems and it seems one can see ironically its "all about the Benjamin's".
In Italy the La Scala opera house being forced to return 3.4 million dollars to Saudi Arabia.
The western world is tapped out of money so where does it go my friends?
