BREAKING NEWS: FRANCE YELLOW VESTS WEEK 20 MORE CITIES RESTRICT, PROSECUTOR ADMITS POLICE ASSAULT IN NICE

The 20th Week in a row of Saturday Yellow Vests protests in France today with more cities imposing restrictions on protests in central business districts.
But there's other important news about the incident in Nice last weekend where a protest ban was in effect.
That's when 73 year old Genevieve Legay recalls seeing police charging her, then remembering nothing. When she came to to, she couldn't recognize her own daughter at first.
Legay was knocked unconscious suffering three skull fractures.
Her family filed a complaint with the prosecutor in Nice.
Now prosecutor Pretre has changed his tune saying police "jostled" Legay and he's opened a formal judicial inquiry.
Lawyer Aire Alimi told BFM-TV Friday night:
"Genevieve Legay and her family are extremely relieved that the lies of the administrative and judicial authorities come to an end"
Protest bans in Paris on the Champs-Elysees and in the center of many other towns and cities, more than ever this Saturday.....
Yellow Vests will gather at the Gare de L'Est (Eastern Gate) at 11 am and from 130 pm on march a circuitous route on both sides of the Seine River reaching the Trocadero area at the Eiffel Tower.

Police putting up barriers in Avignon where a major Yellow Vests protest was called for today with a protest ban in force from 9 am to midnight in many areas.
A Yellow Vests protest called for 12 noon at the Palais des Papes in Avignon.
A climate of fear being promoted in Bordeaux where police beat a legislator after a protest several weeks ago as he was leaving National Assembly member Loic Prudhomme.
Businesses boarding up and people being urged to avoid the city.
Yellow Vests figure truck driver Eric Drouet on social media with a video Thursday night calling for a protest in Bordeaux.
Drouet in court Friday being fined 2,250 dollars with 650 dollars suspended for participation in "unauthorized protests" December 22nd last year and January 2nd this year in Paris.
Protest bans in at least nine French cities today.

I've seen video in the last hour of police stopping cars in places like Avignon and along highways and doing searches.
The crackdown is visible.
There is a video stream from Paris which may show something soon but for now sufficient to say that some early arrivals at the Gare De L'Est in Paris of Yellow Vests protesters as seen on BFM-TV.

Video from Avignon on BFM-TV shows a swarm of police in the streets to meet an expected Yellow Vests protest there at Noon with protests banned in Avignon by the government.

Time to wrap up with the procession now underway in Paris and a yellow banner calling for a "Frexit" as in exit of France from the European Union. Other yellow banners being displayed and a Catalonian flag visible signifying the desire of that Spanish region for independence from Spain.
