reminding us of the Oregon State Police gunning down LaVoy Finicum on January 26, 2016 in Harney County, Oregon during the Oregon Standoff protest. They were part of an FBI led operation and did not have their body cameras on as required by OSP rules. The shooter got promoted from Lieutenant to Captain.
