The governors of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut expanding their "self-quarantine" restriction to people entering their states from eight additional states to bring the total to 16.   New states added include California, Georgia and Tennessee.

The overall total today of new cases in the USA is 46,042 according to Worldometers.
