Louisville City Council voting unanimously to ban no-knock search warrants.    The move in response to the killing of Emergency Medical Technician Breonna Taylor by police in a no-knock raid on March 13th.       Taylor shot eight times in a raid ostensibly to find drugs.    No drugs found in her apartment.   The legislation also requires police officers to activate their body cameras five minutes before any search warrant is carried out.

Similar legislation to ban no-knock warrants introduced by Republican US Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky......
