European Union foreign policy chief Josep Borrell says the US has no say in imposing a permanent arms embargo on Iran through the 2015 JCPOA nuclear deal.     Secretary of State Mike Pompeo trying to use the provisions of the deal to do that citing Iranian violations of the JCPOA.

But Mr. Borrell says that since the US has pulled out of  the JCPOA, it no longer has a role in it.    Borrell spoke to reporters today after a meeting with the Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi........ISRAEL NATIONAL NEWS
