Tomorrow will be the 90th day since Idaho Republican Governor Brad Little imposed emergency rule in the name of fighting the coronavirus.   Idaho law says legislators must convene on the 90th day to vote on the emergency declaration. Some of them intend to act tomorrow in the House to end the governor's emergency orders with the Senate's willingness to act in doubt.

Activists from various groups including Health Freedom Idaho and People's Rights intend to be at the State Capitol in Boise tomorrow morning to offer their support.      Legal opinions have been offered claiming the legislators are meeting "illegally" but People's Rights leader Ammon Bundy sees the situation differently......FACEBOOK POST AMMON BUNDY

The man accused of shooting a left-wing protester at an historic statue in Albuquerque, New Mexico earlier this month is now released from jail without bail.    The charges against Steven Ray Baca have been reduced with the District Attorney saying he has concerns about how police investigated the incident.    Baca fired after coming under attack from protesters as he was attempting to defend the Juan de Onate statue.......KOB-TV NEWS
