April 10th the first round of the presidential election in France the polling picking up the drama the constant attempts to size up the candidates use polls to advance narratives etc. etc.
This week not much change in the first round its Emmanuel Macron the incumbent with Marine Le Pen in second place Valerie Pecresse very close behind and Eric Zemmour trailing in fourth place.
The second round polling for April 24th indicating an Emmanuel Macron win over either Le Pen or Pecresse around 55-45 percent.

A protest on the streets in southeastern France in Annecy with drums played aS people marched and they shouted "Liberte" along the way also sang the Yellow Vests song...
