BREAKING NEWS COVID PROTESTS: WILL CANADA CRACK DOWN AND HURT AMERICA'S NORTHERN BORDER?, OVERT AND COVERT INTIMIDATION OF AUSTRALIAN PROTEST

LATEST NEWS AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS POST

                            (NEWS, ANALYSIS AND UNRESTRAINED COMMENTARY)

If Canadian authorities intend to crack down on the Alberta and or Ottawa protests if the local, provincial and federal governments continue to impose COVID controls like vaccine passports, vaccine and testing mandates what will Canadians opposed to them do?

The Alberta protest can be seen and heard from the United States some of it taking place within two thousand feet of the State of Montana.

Will a final assault from the RCMP drive the truckers across the northern border of the US?

What will Canadians do if they continue to be denied their liberties in relation to COVID?

God forbid they would despair and hurt themselves but perhaps others will walk with their feet across the Northern US border.

The US has enough Southern border problems will Canadian tyrants like Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and the likes of Premier Francois Legault of Quebec (banning alcohol and pot sales to the unvaccinated, requiring the unvaccinated to only buy essential goods at stores like Walmart) and Premier Jason Kenney of Alberta (arrested pastors, fenced off churches, vaccine passport system) make things worse for Americans.

Will these tyrants give America another border headache because of their unwillingness to back down on COVID tyranny?

OTTAWA TRUCKER CONVOY PROTEST:  ALL OPTIONS 'INCLUDING MILITARY AID' ON THE TABLE ACCORDING TO POLICE CHIEF

More on Ottawa Police Chief Peter Sloly's comments to the media today...REUTERS-METRO US

If you read the story Chief Sloly says Americans are a "significant element" in organizing and funding this protest.   Oh wow!    Well he actually says that it's "from the United States" but the implication is clear.

The use of the military in Canada happened a couple of times in my lifetime and memory.

The first time being the October Crisis of 1970 the FLQ terrorist group that staged bombings during the 1960's kidnapped a British trade representative and a Quebec cabinet minister and the cabinet minister would end up being killed.

In the face of those real crimes and acts of violence the "War Powers Act" invoked by then Prime Minister Pierre Elliot Trudeau, yes Justin Trudeau's father.

Thousands of troops sent to back up police deployed in Quebec City, Montreal and Ottawa.

Raids staged on the homes of hundreds of people considered threats in Quebec.   They were arrested and jailed without bail.

And the second time in 1990 the incident when protesters occupied ground on an Indian reservation in Oka, Quebec.     The military laid siege to force the group of protesters out over several months time.

OTTAWA TONIGHT THE LIVE VIEW FROM 'OTTAWALKS'

"Ottawalks" existed before the trucker's protest came to town and it's thrived in recent days with record hits on You Tube and elsewhere.

A big moment for this everyday Canadian who posted walks through Ottawa on a regular basis.

OTTAWA TRUCKERS CONVOY PROTEST WEDNESDAY EVENING 2/2/2022

And the beer is being handed out on Kent Street where a street party is going on.

A local resident offering the beer as he explained on the video.   Hopefully not an illegal act that police can use to make arrests?

ALBERTA BLOCKADE:   THE TRUCKERS PROTEST MEETING THAT DECIDED TO MAKE A DEAL

Alberta is supposed to lift some COVID mandates restrictions in exchange for the opening of a lane of traffic either way on what is normally a four-lane highway in Coutts, Alberta.

That's what the RCMP offered to truckers today and they voted to accept it but its conditional on the lifting of those COVID restrictions so Premier Jason Kenney must follow through or the blockade will be reestablished on all lanes.

This is the video of that meeting earlier today...

A Canadian Press roundup of the story today indicates that a large number of Canadians want to join this protest and have positioned themselves in front of the road block nine miles north of Coutts established by the RCMP....
