The "racism" cries in the air and the BBC firing Radio 5 Saturday morning host Danny Baker.
Baker said it was stupid what he did but that it wasn't racist.
Prince Harry and Megan Markle naming their new child "Archie".
Were they thinking about this guy when they named the child?
Just saying, you know......
The insanity of the rage against racism reminds me of the folks at the African Studies Department of my university almost 40 years ago.
Looking for racism in my "Religion and Politics" class alleging a comment about Egyptians by a Jewish student was an insult directed at an "African people" and going after the school newspaper for publishing a "racist cartoon".
I will always remember one of the "African Studies" students running into the radio station on March 30, 1981 when Ronald Reagan was shot saying:
"Yeah they got him"
Drunk, crazy, homicidal, suicidal thoughts. I associate that with political activism and militancy including my own excursions in that direction.
The guy that said that did a radio documentary on Rev. Jim Jones and the mass killing in Guyana asserting that the CIA did that.
The radio preacher I listened to back then, Dr. Carl McIntire read from the "New York Times" about a tape the State Department had of Jim Jones on audio talking about his People's Temple as a "Marxist-Leninst" organization.
Jones was ultimately a Communist whose fans had to blame the CIA for the evil deed.
And speaking of Communist a story I missed on the Newsdump summary, Cuba imposing food rationing after what the mainstream media calls a cutoff of "aid from Venezuela".
How about "plunder from Venezuela" which is in essence a Cuban colony as blogger Daniel Duquenal and others have noted.
The Cubans took what they could from Venezuela and now Communism there leaves nothing more to take.

British political polling for the May 23rd European Parliament election shows that the Brexit Party of the new darling of the mainstream media, Nigel Farage, is in the lead at 34 percent of the vote, seems on target to take 20 of the 60 seats in England.
Behind is the Labor Party at 21 percent, Liberal Democrats at 12 percent. In fourth place, that's fourth place the Conservatives at 11 percent. The Green Party is at 8 percent, UKIP at 4 percent and the pro-EU Change UK is down at 3 percent.

Now lets go to Syria and after months of harassing attacks and shelling attacks and drone directed attacks at the Russian airbase from the jihadists originating in a so-called "deconfliction zone" the "payback' is coming.
The Syrians with Russian support are making their move to root out the jihadist forces who are putting out the notion of a humanitarian crisis and a tear jerker video already spread to the MSM by the jihadist media-"White Helmets".

Here we go again every time the Syrians move on the jihadists there's a horrible humanitarian crisis discussed at the UN Security Council.
Russia's Tass reports on the situation there with a meeting held Friday to discuss Syria and the Russians....LINK.... say they're rebuffing efforts to pass a resolution about the situation in Syria.
