YELLOW VESTS WEEK 78: THE 'NEW NORMAL' BANS LARGE PUBLIC GATHERINGS
As France begins to see its chains modified in certain parts this Monday one rule will be in force everywhere and that is a ban on large public gatherings.
That will preclude the kind of Yellow Vest marches in the streets we have seen but may allow for smaller groups to gather for protest at traffic circles and toll booths as has been the case during the protest movement.
Gatherings of ten people or less will be allowed in the "green" zones of France and travel of up to 100 kilometers (62.5 miles) will be allowed in those areas but not so on the "red" zones.
A video of four Yellow Vests in a car today and what they saw during their journey. They are carrying a large envelope addressed to President Macron at the Elysee Palace. They speak near the end of the video.
Next a 50 minute live stream video during the middle of the day as they completed their delivery on foot.......
A shorter video version of the delivery was posted.......
Other videos today posted on You Tube from Yellow Vests......This video poster posts cinema-movie themed posts every week.......
This video posted from Toulouse......
From Yonne this week's Yellow Vests video involving a poster and some background music which is "Blah Blah Blah" from Armin Van Buuren.
The new rules in France of partial deconfinement in some parts of the country, a "new normal" a "regulated normal" emerging in some of France starting Monday.
What does this mean for the Yellow Vests? Perhaps a smattering of protest an emergence of protest practicing "social distancing" or perhaps new motives and issues for protest in a dramatically changed world.
That's the Yellow Vests story in France for Week 78.
