IN IDAHO LAST THURSDAY STATE POLICE RAIDING THE HARDWARE BREWING COMPANY IN KENDRICK.    THE RESTAURANT OPERATING IN SPITE OF IDAHO REPUBLICAN GOVERNOR BRAD LITTLE'S ORDERS WITH DINE IN SERVICE.

THEY TOOK SURVEILLANCE VIDEO AND COMPUTER INFORMATION WITH A MAY 9TH TRAFFIC ACCIDENT CITED AS THE REASON.   A MOTORCYLIST INOLVED IN THE SINGLE VEHICLE ACCIDENT BROKE HIS LEG.   THE BUSINESS SERVES ADULT BEVERAGES.

THE OWNERS BELIEVE THAT AUTHORITIES USED THE ACCIDENT AS A PRETEXT TO ENFORCE THE GOVERNOR'S ORDER AND ATTEMPT A SHUT DOWN THE BUSINESS.

IDAHO LIBERTARIAN ACTIVIST AMMON BUNDY POSTED AN ALERT VIDEO DISCUSSING THE SITUATION TODAY NOTING THE RESTAURANT IS STILL OPEN.   THEY HAVE RECEIVED A LETTER FROM ALCOHOL AUTHORITIES THREATENING TO TAKE THEIR LICENSE IF THEY REMAIN OPEN.     BUNDY SAYS IN THE VIDEO THAT ALCOHOL WILL CONTINUE TO BE SERVED EVEN IF THE GOVERNMENT WITHDRAWS THE LICENSE.

HE URGED IDAHO STATE POLICE TO BE ON THE SIDE OF THE RIGHTS OF THE PEOPLE AND ALSO TO RETURN THE PROPERTY THEY TOOK IN LAST THURSDAY'S RAID.    HE ALSO NOTED THAT 28-HUNDRED IDAHO RESIDENTS IN THAT REGION ARE PLEDGED TO DEFEND THE BUSINESS IN ANY WAY THEY CAN FROM ACTION AGAINST IT......

A rally for freedom in New Jersey today at the Silver Lake parking lot in Point Pleasant Beach.    The rally called in opposition in Democrat Governor Phil Murphy's house arrest orders for the state.    At least one Democrat and one Republican legislator indicated they would be speaking at the event.   Police say that because of the large crowd they will have a large presence at the rally.

A Russian prosecutor wants an 18 year sentence for Paul Whelan on espionage charges.  Whelan, an American with multinational citizenship,  was detained by Russian authorities in December of 2018.

Whelan denies the charges with his defense attorneys saying they are made up.     Sentencing is set for June 15th.........TASS NEWS AGENCY

Children of a Saudi intelligence official who fled the country three years ago ahead of a purge by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman were taken into custody earlier this year.

The CEO of Russia's Roscosmos space organization says that the Moon is not a place for minerals to be extracted for the benefit of business interests.

Dmitry Rogozin told a Moscow radio station during an interview:

"We will not, in any case, accept any attempts to privatize the Moon.   It is illegal, it runs counter to international law."
