Moving on the US Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals hearing the attempt by the federal government as in the US Justice Department as in Attorney General William Barr and the US Attorney for Nevada to reinstate charges over the April 2014 Bunkerville Standoff.
They want to continue to go after people for exercising their First Amendment and Second Amendment rights when the federal government set up snipers outside the Bundy home at Bundy Ranch.
The judge in the case threw the charges out because that information and so much more was kept out of the material provided to defense lawyers. Evidence that would have helped the Bundys and other prove their innocence in court. It was hidden by the federal prosecutors who now claim it was a small unintentional mistake.
