And 22 trillion dollars later with Persian Gulf counties rich in money and Sunni Islam Islam opposed to the Shia Islamic regime across the gulf, well here we are.

Also in the news the "Final Four" for British Prime Minister with Boris Johnson way ahead in MP votes following the Wednesday vote of MP's and the other three left being Jeremy Hunt, Michael Gove and Sajid Javid.
In the end following the elimination votes one of the last three will face Boris Johnson in the vote of Conservative Party members in the UK (some 124-thousand) to be the next Conservative leader and British Prime Minister.
The next elimination vote by MP's set for Thursday.
And finally Iran saying it shot down a US drone in the southern part of its territory...
