Iran's President Hassan Rouhani has said that statements from President Trump saying he wants negotiations accompanied by a tightening of sanctions on Iran targeting its leaders do not make any sense.   Rouhani has said the inconsistency in US policy on Iran appears to reflect mental disorders at the White House.

The Qatar based Al Jazeera news channel reports that Rouhani told French President Emmanuel Macron that Iran will:

His parents say Vincent Lambert is a disabled person while doctors treating him describe him as a person in a "persistent vegetative state" after a traffic accident in 2008.

The former Special Counsel Robert Mueller says he will testify before a House committee on July 17th.

Previously Mueller had said he would not testify before Congress saying his final report was his testimony.
