"Ranchers need to be aware that they are a minority and could be the next target of an overzealous anti-grazing litigation organization, or the victim of a lackadaisical federal agency"

That's the reaction from Oregon rancher Steven Hammond as reported by trade publication after a temporary restraining order preventing him and his father, Dwight Hammond, from using federally owned land near their Harney County, Oregon ranch for grazing.

US District Judge Michael Simon issued the order Tuesday in response to a suit from environmentalist groups and will hold a hearing on June 28th.an injunction in the case.

The Hammonds were at the center of the Oregon Standoff protest in 2016 and ended up being pardoned last year by President Trump after being jailed as terrorists for lighting a backfire to protect their land from a brush fire.

The Department of the Interior restored grazing permits for the Hammonds after their pardon but the environmentalist groups decided to take the matter to court to stop grazing.

Political turmoil in Israel following the appointment of Likud parliament member Amir Ohana as Justice Minister.   Other Likud members said they were promised the job and more conservative and religious elements feel they have been snubbed in favor of a gay member of the parliament.

Israel's Security Cabinet reported meeting Thursday with pro-Israel "Instant News Alerts" Twitter reporting anti-aircraft fire from Syria towards Israel but not across the border.

The notion of an air strike on Syria Thursday night is being promoted as of 530 pm Eastern time US.  But as the night wore on no attacks reported in Syria from Israeli forces.  The possibility does exist that a Friday night attack on Syria will be coming in the hours ahead.

Getting back to the corruption cases against Prime Minister Netanyahu he says that the unprecedented election campaigning for a second time this year ahead of the September 17th election prevents him from properly preparing for a pre-indictment hearing in early October to review the evidence in the three separate cases.
