Turkey promising retaliation if Libyan General Khalifa Haftar makes good on his Libyan National Army's intention to attack Turkish ships in Libyan waters and Turkish business interests in Libya.
The Turkish government is backing Libya's internationally recognized Government of National Accord in its fight with the LNA.
The Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar said the Libyan National Army would pay a:
Israeli attacks on Syria Sunday night with Damascus and Homs targeted. The strikes occurred in the early hours of Monday morning with multiple sites in the areas of both cities being targets of attacks.
Syrian government media says the attacks originated from Lebanese airspace and that Syrian air defenses intercepted missiles south of Damascus and in the Homs area.
At least four dead and 21 wounded, civilian casualties according to Syria's SANA news agency. Later reports said that five died.

President Trump and North Korea's ruler Kim Jong-un pledging to restart nuclear talks after a surprise Sunday meeting on the Demilitarized Zone between North and South Korea.
Trump and Kim shook hands on the border and held talks after the President tweeted an offer to meet the North Korean ruler on Friday.

Turkey's NTV news channel reporting that the Russian S-400 air defense system will be delivered to Turkey within the next 10 days. Its been a source of dispute with the United States which has warned Turkey it will be excluded from the F-35 program as a result of taking the Russian system.
However, Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has continued to insist even in recent days that the differences with the US will be resolved.

The blast comes two days after peace talks resumed involving the US and Taliban in Qatar.
