VENEZUELA LATEST: DEAD, WOUNDED, DEFECTORS ON THE BORDERS, RELIEF TRUCKS ATTACKED
"Today #MaduroRegime killed unarmed citizens of their own country to keep food & medicine from entering
They they celebrated murder & burning of trucks carrying aid as a victory
The world & those inside #Venezuela will reflect on what happened today & it will give rise to action"
US Senator Marco Rubio On Twitter 2/23/2019
From the moment that Interim President Juan Guaido designated today, February 23rd, as the day for humanitarian aid to be brought into Venezuela it was obvious that this day was going to be a day of confrontation between the opposition forces and the Maduro government.
At least four known dead in the last two days but many hundreds of wounded being brought into Colombia from the fight in a Venezuelan border town as civilians tried to move trucks filled with relief aid into the country.
Two were burned with civilians rushing to get the boxes of aid out of one of the trucks.
Tear gas and rubber bullets but thugs also using live ammunition.
Gangs and prisoners are being used by Maduro's government according to the one of dozens of National Guard defectors who crossed into Colombia today.
Here is a video of one of them being assisted by Colombian police apparently injured in the forehead..LINK

Guaido has posted online praise for the:
"unprecedented heroism"
of those trying to bring humanitarian aid into the country.
As Senator Rubio is tweeting tonight the translated comments of Juan Guaido, the door is opened to "potential multilateral actions"
Secretary of State Mike Pompeo tweeting tonight in part that:
"The US will take action against those who oppose the peaceful restoration of democracy in #Venezuela....."
(COMMENT AND ANALYSIS)
The forces that be in our world have decided that the Maduro government and its policies are not longer acceptable, that is for sure.
And the record of the Chavez-Maduro regime has gone from bad to worse, immense human suffering up to and including outright murder of its opponents as evidenced again today.
The blind rage of political ideology defies the objective reality of human suffering.
