UPDATE:  DOWN DAY FOR POSTS BUT CONTINUING TO MONITOR SITUATIONS

Just to update there are no posts scheduled for today but I am watching things hoping to gear up 24 hours down the road.

In Venezuela, it looks like humanitarian aid will be moved to the Colombian and Brazilian borders and then moved into the country which will present the Venezuelan military with the choice of obeying Maduro and stopping the aid or allowing the aid into the country.
