FRANCE YELLOW VESTS:  WEEK 15 THIS SATURDAY WITH GOVERNMENT ESTIMATE SHOWING INCREASE IN PROTESTERS, YELLOW VESTS SAY 113-THOUSAND


While Emmanuel Macron created good images for the camera at an agricultural expo in the south of Paris today, the Yellow Vests came out onto the streets for Week 15 of the protest.

The government estimate 46,600 protesters this week, up from last weeks 41,500 estimate.

BUT THE YELLOW VESTS OWN ESTIMATE SAY 113,392 THIS WEEK, UP FROM 101,379 LAST WEEK

In Paris 5800 estimated by the government.

Left-wing protesters in masks showed up in the aftermath of the Yellow Vests seeking confrontation with the police this evening.

More than 2600 protested in Clermont-Ferrand.

Protesters in Rennes today as well.   Yellow Vests were attacked by police when they got into the city center-shopping district.

By the end of the day Interior Minister Christophe Castaner was deploring what he claimed was the "violence always" coming from the Yellow Vests.

Castaner offering praise for the police in his comments posted on Twitter as well.
