"He (Lindsey Graham) said that the Biden Administration had dispatched him to the region in order to test Saudi Arabia's seriousness about a normalization deal and gauge how much the country has been able to implement reforms promised by the crown prince, known as MBS."

Republican US Senator Lindsey Graham visiting Saudi Arabia in recent days meeting Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
Then he stopped in Israel to meet top Israeli leaders like Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, former Defense Minister Benny Gantz (touted as the next "Centrist" Prime Minister to replace Netanyahu) and Opposition Leader Yair Lapid.
All concerned about the recent thawing in relations between the heart of militant Sunni Islam (Saudi Arabia) and the heart of militant Shia Islam (Iran) brokered by China.
Graham, the Neoconservative that he is in the mold of the late John McCain and Hillary Clinton, fully embraces the decades long use of Sunni Muslim zealots to do the bidding of the United States on battlefields ranging from Afghanistan in the 1980's to Libya and Syria in 2011.
Of course when the zealots got too zealous and started killing Americans like on 9/11 the US had to crack down on those folks like Osama bin Laden and his followers.

Saudi Arabia also a major promoter of the Palestinian cause that has kept its distance from Israel now more so since the rupture in relations with Joe Biden.
Graham said that the Biden Administration needs to act now that the window for better relations with the Saudis including better Saudi-Israeli relations is short.
But will those better relations mean setbacks for the aspirations of Jews in Judea and Samaria will keeping Saudi Arabia happy over Palestinian mean losses in Jewish efforts to continue to expand and develop the settlements in those regions.
Yes that seems very likely in the end.
