Tonight developments in Idaho being watched that's where Libertarian activist Ammon Bundy has a warrant out for his arrest in a civil case where a summary judgement is being imposed on him.
Bundy offering to hand over his assets but not willing to contest at 7.5 million dollar lawsuit by the powerful St. Luke's Hospital.
The medical conglomerate going after Bundy for protesting last year at their Boise hospital when a baby was brought there after being seized from his parents for alleged neglect.
It was later revealed that Baby Cyrus Anderson was suffering from a rare medical condition.
Mr. Bundy's case causing authorities to apply constantly increasing pressure on Mr. Bundy and on Gem County, Idaho Sheriff Donnie Wunder to enforce court actions in the civil case.
