The majority in cases in Texas and Georgia said that the decision to end a pregnancy during the first three months belongs to the woman and her doctor not the government.
Thus the anti-abortion laws of 46 states were rendered unconstitutional "

TODAY THE US SUPREME COURT OVERTURNED ROE VS. WADE IN A 6-3 DECISION...THE HILL
Today's decision comes months after the Supreme Court heard arguments about a Mississippi Abortion Law spun as "Conservative" by the various media (Drive-By or Fakeservative) yet a 15-week abortion law makes the laws of France and Spain look more conservative (14-week abortion laws in those countries).
In fact at the beginning of this year France had a 12-week abortion law but President Emmanuel Macron had it modified to 14-weeks in a bid to attract votes for his re-election in April.
The Fakeservative media-political machine drumming up the notion of Leftist violence in connection with the Roe vs. Wade ruling and pushing "Law and Order" First Amendment right to protest be damned.
This ruling a victory for Donald Trump who appointed three of the justices to make today's majority.
The ruling today reverses Roe vs. Wade but it is not like Roe vs. Wade which imposed a federal solution to abortion on the states ("Abortion On Demand").
This ruling gives states the option of making their own abortion laws it will allow abortion in those states that want abortion it will allow women to travel to places where abortions are available if there are no abortions allowed in their home state.
The ruling also a victory for the "Conservative Movement" which has advocated for abortion to be a state issue rather than a federal one this argument now being made into concrete policy.
THE DECISION IS A 'LIVE AND LET LIVE' DECISION
Today's decision splits the difference on abortion in the United States giving both sides of the issue the opportunity to make the laws of their choice in those states and territories where they have political power.
It is a decision that allows for the fabric of the nation to be held together in spite of the deeply held beliefs about abortion that divide the nation.
The activists on both sides who thrive on fundraising want to say "Our side won" or "Our side lost" but the court is giving both sides a chance to says "Our side won" and move on with abortion legal here and abortion illegal over there in a still united United States.
