In Melbourne Australia  where its now Wednesday the Supreme Court of Victoria hearing the appeal of Reignite Democracy Australia founder Monica Smit.


Smit was arrested hours after dozens of silent protests opposing lockdowns and forced vaccination occurred across Australia on August 31st.

Also in Melbourne where its now Wednesday a fourth day of protests on the streets opposing forced vaccination



(Updated Story)  Construction workers on the march along with their supporters in the center of Melbourne, Australia today (Tuesday).   




ABC News Australia saying the protest involved more than one thousand demonstrators later upping their estimate to two thousand with police saying their 500 personnel found the constantly moving protest to be a challenge.



The protest moved onto the M1 freeway in Melbourne during the afternoon.



Late in the day police employed tear gas,  rubber bullets and "foam batons".     The police say they used stinger grenades on the demonstrators.


Victoria Premier Daniel Andrews of the Labor Party ordering construction workers to get vaccinated in order to work.



The Monday protest of the workers outside union headquarters led Mr, Andrews to order a two week shutdown of the construction industry.



The protest one of opposition to forced vaccination and in favor of freedom.


Today's protest condemned by the Victoria Premier Daniel Andrews saying the "terrible behaviour" could spread COVID.

The Pro-COVID restriction and Anti-COVID restriction factions have both been critical of Kenney's handling of the coronavirus...

Vote counting in Canada's election nearly complete (99 Percent) with more popular votes for the Conservatives and more seats for the Liberals.      


Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is able again to form a minority government the same result as the last election in October 2019.



Although it did not gain any seats the Peoples Party of Canada more than tripled its vote to 5.1 percent fueled by opposition to vaccine passports and forced vaccination in Canada.

In California a week has passed since the Recall Election where the No side was declared the winner within an hour of the polls closing keeping Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom in office.   



But the vote count still not complete now reported to be 89 percent of the total with No at 63 percent and Yes at 37 percent.

IN RUSSIA ALL THE VOTES COUNTED IN THE PARLIAMENTARY ELECTION.



THE PRO-PRESIDENT PUTIN UNITED RUSSIA PARTY HAS 49.82 PERCENT OF THE VOTE WITH THE COMMUNISTS AT 18.93 PERCENT.    THE LIBERAL DEMOCRATIC PARTY HAS 7.55 PERCENT.    A JUST RUSSIA GETTING 7.46 PERCENT AND NEW PEOPLE WITH 5.32 PERCENT.
