Reflecting on the events of Wednesday September 22nd in Melbourne one needs to go back more than three weeks to the August 31st "incitement" arrest of Monica Smit in the Greater Melbourne Area.
Her arrest came within hours of sudden unexpected protests across Australia. Silent protest at dozens of locations (covered on this blog in August).
Smit, the founder of Reignite Democracy Australia, jailed under bail conditions that would have required her to give up her activities opposing the lockdowns and forced vaccination, vaccine passports etc.
Her appeal was before Victoria's Supreme Court yesterday morning as the Victoria Police unleashed their assault on the streets.
After a media campaign about "conspiracy theorists" "anti-vaxxers" "Neo-Nazis" and "right wing extremists" the anti-terrorism unit of the Victoria Police armored vehicles and all became the shock troops of repeated assaults on protestors doing nothing violent.

MONICA SMIT BAIL APPEAL TO VICTORIA SUPREME COURT-JUDGE RULES
Buried in all of the police reign of terror in the streets yesterday was a legal win of sorts for Reignite Democracy Australia founder Monica Smit.
The judge deciding that the original bail conditions were too strict, but saying some needed to be put on her.
As mentioned Smit was arrested after protests across Australia on August 31st.
Smit banned from violating the health regulations under new bail conditions and cannot "incite" others to violate them....

Warnings about communications with police monitoring them on Telegram but communications I have seen are reminding people to be near the center of Melbourne looking like they are doing something like going to a vax center and getting in line to fit in with normal looking stuff until the grouping of people can take place.
Of course cops can also be planting messages to confuse and cause problems on the Telegram group I am currently monitoring.
Victoria Police are out there monitoring public transport which is still up.
The cops concentrated in places like Flinders Street Station.
Prime Minister Scott Morrison condemning the protests yesterday and the MSM claiming there is a "threat of violence" out there today.
Indeed there is "threat of violence" from Victoria Police IMHO but yes the crazy people, the hurt people those who may fight others may be out there but this is about freedom and peace and following one's conscience and even one's God.

Talk of police checking ID's around the Central Business District this morning and a heavy presence on the west side of the CBD where the group worked its way down to the Shrine of Remembrance yesterday.
Weird how the discussion on Telegram came up about vaxx centers in Melbourne and just after 10 am local time their closures were announced via Twitter with protests cited.
