It is 930 am in Eastern Australia with 12 Noon the official time for protests at various locations across the country.
Melbourne a center of attention because of the protest situation in recent days with a massive police crackdown using special police units including some designed to fight terrorism following three days of street protests earlier in the week.
Yesterday a group was able to briefly protest at a park and shopping center outside the Central Business District until the police units sped out to shut it down....VIDEO LINK

ITS SOUTHEAST OF THE CITY CENTER AND THE ROADBLOCKS DESIGNED TO STOP THE POLICE FORCES FROM GETTING THERE FROM THE CITY CENTER.

Luna Park is an amusement park currently shut down by the lockdown.
Nearby is St. Kilda Pier.
Word from the area the police chopper is overhead but no ground forces yet.
A fake post of some cops at Luna Park from two years ago is online right now.
The cops by this point can be assumed to be speeding towards the park no word if the requested road blocks on behalf of the protest have materialized.
Those roadblocks at points between the Central Business District and Luna Park designed to impede police movement.

The protest today has found its mark on the beach in the St. Kilda area of Melbourne and is now established there.
Beaconsfield Parade mentioned as a location right now with the group moving at the edge of the beach side of the road the northbound lanes.

The group continuing to move said to be moving onto the beach at this point.
St. Kilda Skate Park police have approached the protest group were are told.
Police said to beginning to make arrests at that location.

I just inserted some comments into a Telegram feed and drawing the police out of the center of the city might just allow a protest to emerge in the center of the city multiple groups outside the city establish themselves as protests to draw the police out and thin their ranks allowing some group to protest in the center of the city.
