FRANCE YELLOW VESTS WEEK 48: 16,017 PROTESTERS ESTIMATED THIS WEEK
Some 18,634 Yellow Vests estimated by the "Yellow Number" Facebook protesting in France last weekend with expectations of Yellow Vests and other elements on the streets of France this Saturday including the "Extinction Rebellion" climate change activists.
The "Yellow Number" Facebook arguing in recent days for a pragmatic approach seeing the climate changers as a movement of "resistance" like the Yellow Vests but also noting that climate change taxation imposed by governments like President Emmanuel Macron's are not serious efforts at dealing with any climate change problem.
The taxes are just an exploitation of ecological concern in the Facebook page's opinion to take more money out of people's pockets.

The police in Paris in action at the National Assembly building where the "Extinction Rebellion" protesters staged a blockade Saturday morning.
They removed the climate change protesters at mid-day but forced out members of the media first.
No reports of any arrests there, no sign of the toughness of the approach to the Yellow Vests protests from the French police towards the "Extinction Rebellion" movement.

Thousands marched in Toulouse today and the police employed tear gas on the "national capital" of the Yellow Vests protests today.
Media reporting says the tear gas use was massive and that 17 people were arrested.

Protests in other cities reported by mainstream media include Paris, Metz, Bordeaux and Lille. Numbers said to be in the hundreds including 500 in Metz according to the media quoting the police.
So to conclude the Yellow Vests continue with the core thousands of people participating amidst a plethora of issues and controversies sweeping France.
