A  lot of drama surrounds the federal courthouse in Portland which has become a nighttime battlefield but the other day I saw some video of federal marshals coming out to survey the grafitti and mess created by the previous night's anarchist attack.

And it reminded be about what a gang of federal marshals did back in October 2016 when defendants in the first Oregon Standoff trial were found not guilty.    Ammon Bundy's defense lawyer Marcus Mumford argued for his release before US District Judge Anna J. Brown until he was surrounded by the federal marshals tackled and tazed......... VIDEO           He was released later that evening.

After losing the first trial both Judge Brown and the US Attorney for Oregon from the Obama Administration who was retained in the post by the Trump Administration,  Billy Williams,  rigged the next trial to obtain convictions of the defendants by limiting defense witnesses and adding misdemeanor charges that would be decided by the judge.
