Here in Pennsylvania Democrat Governor Tom Wolf imposing new restrictions aimed at "mitigation" of  Covid-19.      They include reducing restaurant indoor seating capacity to 25 percent, only allowing alcoholic beverage consumption with meals at bars and limiting indoor gatherings to 25 people.  Churches not included in that last restriction.......WGAL-TV STORY
