AN ISRAELI MISSILE STRIKE IN THE DAMASCUS AREA TONIGHT  SAID BY ISRAELI SOURCES TO BE ON AN 'IRANIAN TARGET'    SYRIA SAYS IT SHOT DOWN THE MAJORITY OF THE MISSILES COMING FROM THE DIRECTION OF THE GOLAN HEIGHTS AND ALSO SAYS THAT SEVEN SOLDIERS WERE WOUNDED........SYRIAN ARAB NEWS AGENCY

A gunman posing as a delivery driver shot and killed the son of a federal judge and wounded her husband.    The attack occurred in North Brunswick, New Jersey at 5 pm Sunday afternoon.   US District Judge Esther Salas was in the basement of the home at the time of the attack.....ABC NEWS

The suspect found dead of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound in Sullivan County, New York today.    The suspect said to have appeared in her courtroom.    Police investigating a lawyer who appeared before the judge.....THE INDEPENDENT IRELAND

Talks continue among European leaders seeking for forge a  European Union recovery plan to deal with the economic downturn caused by measures to deal with the coronavirus.    Deep differences are reported among the leaders.    The  AFP news agency says that French President Emmanuel Macron banged his hand on a table early this morning threatening to walk out of the talks....BBC NEWS

The protesters shouting outside the federal courthouse in Portland Sunday night continuing to keep the pressure up on the 53rd day of continuous protest in the city following the police murder of George Floyd in Minneapolis.    Revelations of collusion between the federal forces sent to protect the building and Portland Police along with earlier incidents involving federal law enforcement and protesters fueling anger.

Parts of the fencing around the court house taken down late Sunday night followed by a tear gas barrage early Monday with federal forces advancing into the crowd around the courthouse.........VIDEO LINK.......OREGON LIVE

President Trump praising the work of federal law enforcement in Portland and saying he is considering deployments to six other cities  (New York, Philadelphia, Detroit, Chicago, Baltimore and Oakland, California.     Trump saying that for 51 days protesters have been 'destroying the city, looting it' in regards to Portland.........VIDEO LINK

The President is stressing "law and order" in connection with his re-election and deployments of federal law enforcement to major cities are in line with his agenda.    They may antagonize left-wing protesters in those cities leading to more violence and prove the point the President wants to make with voters, that Democrat-run cities are hotbeds of violence and or anarchy.
