The supporters to the Second Amendment and the Antifa expected to be in Richmond, Virginia tomorrow with the Second Amendment groups protesting new gun control laws and the Antifa ready to act violently.
As the FBI moved to arrest alleged Neo-Nazis headed for the rally in recent days, Virginia Governor Ralph Northam declared a state of emergency and imposed a weapons ban including firearms on the Second Amendment rally, which could place the Second Amendment supporters in danger of harm from the Antifa.
Second Amendment supporters meeting 20 miles outside of Richmond tonight hope for a peaceful day tomorrow even praying for it but acknowledging the danger they face in the face of the Antifa and hostility from the forces of law enforcement mobilized under the authority of Governor Northam with a pretext provided by the US Justice Department in its undercover operations against alleged "Neo-Nazis".

World leaders are described as "fully committed" to a peaceful resolution of Libya's internal conflict.
That's what the United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres is saying after the all day meeting on the issue of Libya involving numerous nations.
There have been pledges of non-interference from the nations in Libya and adherence to an arms embargo.

The major international conference described as an attempt to resolve the conflict in Libya was held today in Berlin. Leaders of nations and the leaders of the two factions in Libya present to try to find a peaceful resolution.
A cease-fire deal announced by Turkey which backs the UN recognized Government of National Accord and Russia which backs the Libyan National Army did not lead to a signed agreement to stop fighting.
Russian President Vladimir Putin meeting the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on the sidelines of the conference. Other national leaders on the scene including Chancellor Angela Merkel of Germany and British Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
Johnson broaching the idea of British troops policing a cease-fire as he met the Libyan National Army leader.
The LNA leader Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar started to cut off oil exports from the eastern Libyan territory he controls ahead of the meeting.
A mass rally in a Hong Kong park today by pro-democracy demonstrators. US and British flags waved and signs that read "Free Hong Kong". The protesters calling for a boycott of China's Communist Party.
Police moved in with tear gas and made arrests as the protesters went after police who were spying on the protest in plain clothes.

Boeing revealing a new computer software issue in its troubled Boeing 737 Max aircraft Friday saying it has informed the Federal Aviation Administration about the issue. Also on Friday Fitch Ratings downgraded the credit rating of Boeing whose orders for aircraft have declined since the problems with the 737 Max.

US Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue proposing new rules for nutrition in school lunches Friday.
The new rules in the election year are cited in media reports as a move away from the rules of the Obama Administration championed by former First Lady Michelle Obama.
In the rules a redesign of food to make it more palatable to children with vegetables being offered in the form of french fries for example. More varieties of vegetables proposed and a la carte menus.

The leader of the opposition in France says Paris needs a new police chief. With municipal elections in a few months Marine Le Pen saying that Didier Lallement needs to go. She was interviewed by France 3 television.
Le Pen emphasizing her support for rank and file police saying the orders they are being given are the problem saying:
"There are no bad troops. there are only bad leaders"
Lallement brought to Paris as prefect of police to offer a tough approach to Yellow Vests protesters.
There have been numerous complaints of police excesses against protesters since his arrival and numerous investigations are underway.
Clashes on the streets of Beirut this weekend between police and anti-government protesters. The police with tear gas and water cannon. The protesters with firebombs, rocks and fireworks. They also used lasers shining them on police to disrupt their attacks.
Mainstream media now reporting 400 injuries in the Saturday clashes. Additional late reports say 145 more hurt Sunday in fresh protests.
Attempts to form a new government are stalled and economic conditions have been worsening under the strain of almost continuous street protests in the last two months. Banks targeted by some protesters in recent days as they have limited the ability to withdrawal cash and use bank cards.

Chinese President Xi Jinping on an official state visit. Numerous infrastructure deals signed between the two nations.
Xi meeting Myanmar's de-facto leader Aung San Suu Kyi. The Nobel Peace Prize laureate under intense pressure over the treatment of the county's Rohingya Muslim minority. The pressure led by Western and Muslim nations.
An "emergency ruling" from the International Court of Justice expected this coming week.
An Israeli court giving the OK to a phone search involving an aide to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The search of Ofer Golan's phone to be limited. Its related to the corruption indictments against the Prime Minister. Golan suspected of trying to intimidate witnesses against Netanyahu.
A request to search the phones of three other Netanyahu aides rejected by the court.
300 soldiers being deployed after record breaking snowfall in eastern Canada's Newfoundland and Labrador with as much as 30 inches or more. A state of emergency declared there. Warnings for additional snowfall are out overnight into Monday.
