The US Supreme Court getting involved in a couple of issues.
First here in Pennsylvania Justice Samuel Alito issuing a stay halting implementation of a US Appeals Court order regarding undated mail-in ballots.
The case about a local judicial race in Lehigh County (Allentown and vicinity) last year where a Republican candidate led the race by 74 votes with more than 200 undated mail-in votes uncounted.
The appeals court had ordered that the undated mail-in ballots be counted.
Justice Alito's stay will give the High Court time to review the lower court decision.
Lawyers for David McCormick GOP Primary candidate for US Senate citing that ruling in his fight with Dr. Mehmet Oz in the close contest where a recount is now underway....
