BREAKING NEWS COMMENTARY: SUPREME COURT LEAK-TRUMP FACTOR, COVID FACTOR, IMTIMIDATION?

Why the leak of a "draft opinion" of the Supreme Court of the United States?

An act of political chicanery by the Democrats to change the subject create new drama as the war in Ukraine drags on and the economy continues to deteriorate under inflationary pressures?

Maybe.

But whatever the truth be the notion that three justices appointed by President Donald J. Trump appear to be supporting the overturning of the Roe and Casey decisions returning abortion law to the states should be shouted from the rooftops.

The Trump Legacy will stand tall if this draft becomes reality at the end of June.

Among the five justices named in the leak (Samuel Alito, Amy Coney Barrett, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh and Clarence Thomas) three of them were unfriendly to President Trump (Barrett, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh the ones he appointed) when it came to election fraud in 2020 not earning respect in MAGA Country.

But the five as a whole seemed to be trying to unify during COVID with their support for religious services to continue during COVID lockdowns.

However Barrett and Kavanaugh disappointing those who believe in freedom to choose vaccination as they appear so far to be upholding forced vaccination in the military and health care.

And that in spite of the linkage of aborted baby parts to COVID vaccine development.

Perhaps Barrett and Kavanaugh have some atonement to make in relation to grassroots Americans with convictions about COVID shots and human life.

Is this leak an attempt to intimidate to influence a watering down of a Supreme Court abortion decision?

We shall see.
