WWL Radio 870 made money around the clock including all night music programming on an AM frequency heard across the USA and into Canada.
It was country music with truckers the prime audience along with other fans of country music getting a kick out of the "Road Gang"
It started with primary host Charlie Douglas and eventually other hosts seven nights a week.
