In Idaho lawyers for the medical conglomerate St. Luke's Hospital want Diego Rodriguez held in contempt of court.
Rodriguez being sued for 7.5 million dollars as part of that lawsuit against Ammon Bundy and others for their involvement in the defense of Rodriguez's grandson Cyrus Anderson.
The then ten-month old infant taken from his parents over alleged neglect and placed in St. Luke's Hospital in Boise.
This caused both Rodriguez and Bundy to protest against the hospital's involvement in the matter where the child was later found to have had a rare medical condition.
This contempt of court filing linked to an internet posting associated with Mr. Rodriguez which lawyers argue constitutes 'harassment'...IDAHO DISPATCH
