A Russian warship protecting energy pipelines in waters near Turkey attacked by Ukrainian sea drones.



The three drones operating on the surface of the Black Sea 87 miles from Turkey's Bosphorus Strait were taken out by the Russian warship.


A video of one of the drones being destroyed has been released by Russia's Defense Ministry...

A leading official in South Africa's ruling African National Congress party says the country could become a "failed state".



ANC Secretary General Fikile Mbalula says that power cuts have 'made a mess of our country'.



But he says the country has not yet reached the status of a failed state.



Mr. Mbalula under intense questioning over other issues in the country like corruption during a BBC interview.



Pointing to next year's elections in South Africa, the BBC presents a narrative that the ANC party could fall short of a majority.
