We are now learning more about an incident in Wales Monday evening when two teenagers on an electric bicycle died in an accident and a riot ensued.

Members of the public on social media indicated that police in a van were following the bike before the crash.

Now home video footage shows the bicycle being followed by the police.

And police are acknowledging for the first time that it was a "possibility" they were chasing the teenagers...
