Gregoire de Fournas of the National Rally interrupted a speech by a left-wing deputy regarding a migrant boat in the Mediterranean Sea.
Deputy Carlos Martens Bilongo, who is black, was speaking about government help for the migrant vessel.
Mr. de Fournas indicating that he was referring to the migrant vessel not the other Deputy. He says there is no need for apology since he said nothing requiring one.
