YELLOW VESTS MARCH IN PARIS 11/19/2022 (SATURDAY) TO COMMEMORATE THE FOURTH ANNIVERSARY OF THE PROTESTS
The official anniversary of the Yellow Vests protests is November 17, 2018 and there were observances on Thursday including this one in Paris at a replica of New York's Statue of Liberty...
It was raining in Tarbes in southwestern France Thursday evening as a group gathered to mark the fourth anniversary...
The protests began in response to the decision of the government of President Emmanuel Macron to raise gasoline taxes in France as a means of fighting "climate change".
But other issues like privately run highways with tolls and the need for a Citizen Initiative Referendum to approve new laws were added.
Left-wing black uniformed anarchists also injected themselves into the huge protests in the early todays with incidents that ended up rebounding to the benefit of the government and reducing the size of the protests.
On Thursday night a torchlight parade in Paris on this anniversary with anarchist like individuals depicted on the banner in front of it...VIDEO
THE ISSUE OF THE 'OCEAN VIKING' MIGRANTS CONTINUED THIS WEEK WITH TEENAGE MIGRANTS DISPAPPEARING FROM A FACILITY THEY WERE TAKEN TO WITH OTHER CHILDREN.
MEANWHILE ADULT MIGRANTS (123) BEING FREED WITHOUT APPEARING BEFORE A JUDGE FOR A HEARING.
ON FRIDAY THE NOTION OF ELECTRICITY BEING CUT IN FRANCE STARTING IN JANUARY WAS UNVEILED.
THE STATE POWER NETWORK SAYS CUTS WILL BE NEEDED BETWEEN 8 AM AND 1 PM AND 6 PM AND 8 PM TO PREVENT FRANCE'S ELECTRICITY GRID FROM GOING DOWN.
TROUBLE BRINGING UP NUCLEAR POWER UNITS IS CITED AS WELL AS EXPECTATIONS OF EXTREME COLD CONDITIONS IN JANUARY.

A traffic circle protest marked the fourth anniversary of the Yellow Vests in Montpellier today. Traffic circle protests a common method of protest early on the Yellow Vests movement and they have continued to this day.
At the Montpellier protest yellow banners at the traffic circle one reading in French:
"MACRON ET SES LOIS DEHORS!"
This roughly translates to:
"MACRON IS OUTSIDE THE LAW!"...
And in Yonne the water turned fluorescent yellow for the fourth anniversary of the Yellow Vests...
