The Dutch government is out with a comprehensive plan to implement climate change cow gas rules for the farming industry.
With the backing of a recent ruling by the country's top court, the government will move to force farms into compliance with cow gas rules.
This includes buying out farms if necessary to stop nitrogen emissions considered a threat to the world's climate.
The goal of the plan is a 50 percent emissions cut by 2030.
