300,000 according to French union leaders and 107,000 according to the government's official estimate.
Rail service disrupted in many cases today.

The strikes in solidarity with oil refinery workers who walked off the job and were then forced back to work by the government of French President Emmanuel Macron.
Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne said today that disruption of gasoline stations in France is now under 25 percent as the government forces workers back on the job.
