There was a three hour standoff in Rochester, New York late Monday and early Tuesday morning when police declared a protest over the death of Daniel Prude an unlawful assembly.     People who appeared to be anarchists formed a line of protection with shield and umbrellas.     Police declined to take any aggressive action and the protest broke up just after 1 am.
