Bunkerville Standoff figure Todd Engel ordered freed by US District Judge Gloria Navarro after the US Attorney's office in Nevada moved to dismiss charges against him with prejudice.
This means Engel will not be tried again in connection with the April 2014 standoff near Bundy Ranch.
