Three regions of Canada's Quebec province moved into the coronavirus "RED" zone including Montreal and Quebec City. Starting Thursday restrictions will be imposed including the closing of all casinos, bars and restaurants with take out service only permitted.
Home gatherings will be prohibited with a single caregiver exception among others. People must stay two meters apart and worship services, funerals and weddings will be limited to 25 people.
Schools will remain open with conservative Premier Francois Legault saying:
