Arrests, tear gas and clashes on the streets of Lancaster, Pennsylvania after police shot and killed a man late Sunday afternoon. Police say the man killed 27-year old Ricardo Munoz was approaching an officer armed with a knife. The President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, meeting Russia's President Vladimir Putin in Sochi today. Russia has been supportive of Lukashenko as he has faced mass protests and criticism from the West in the wake of the recent presidential election that the opposition considers to have been rigged.
