Those states, of course, impacted by the martial law lockdown of revenue generating business activity.
The GOP throwing out the "bankruptcy" notion in their speechifying nowadays hoping to get into a fight with the states over the newly created issue so you'll forget about the 2.5 trillion they've already whizzed down the bowl.
TODAY IN THE HOUSE ALEXANDRIA OCASIO-CORTEZ AND THOMAS MASSIE OF KENTUCKY VOTING THE RIGHT WAY AND ONLY THREE OTHER REPUBLICANS JOINED THEM TO VOTE NO ON THE LATEST HALF A BILLION DOLLAR SPENDING SPREE IN THE NAME OF FIGHTING THE CORONAVIRUS WITH MOST OF THE MONEY NO DOUBT GOING TO THOSE 'SMALL BUSINESSES' LIKE THE RUTH'S CHRIS STEAK HOUSE CHAIN WHICH GOT ITS SUCK OFF THE NIPPLE SO TO SPEAK IN THE FIRST 'PAYCHECK PROTECTION' BOONDOGGLE FROM THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION.
They want to create emotional issues to fight with Democrats about and distract you from their looser chains martial law economic restrictions and big spending bailouts that happened earlier and will happen again as the mess continues.
Talk radio doing its part of promote lighter chains of tyranny as Vice-President Pence guested on the "Rush Limbaugh Show" today pushing the restrictive policies when it comes to house arrest and martial law measures in this country. We need to open:

While the Republicans and Democrats debate over the scope and size of our DC 19 chains, some civil disobedience this week with Sara Brady getting arrested in Meridian, Idaho Tuesday. The Facebook video linked to in the news summary lead story Wednesday April 22nd.

And as Brady explained she asked too many questions which she thinks led to her arrest and she also told her interviewer that her husband works in law enforcement.....
Its looks like the anti-vaccine people are involved and they know what's coming down the road as the dictatorship continues as in forced vaccination.
But how many of us are like Pastor Niemoller in Germany....."first they came for" and so on.
There are more controls and restrictions coming as the old ones get lifted and the old ones may come back if the experts say Covid-19 is spreading again.
It doesn't matter which political affiliation is in charge.
In Idaho Wednesday the home of the police officer who arrested Sara Brady was the site of a protest and here is the video......
