The Russian pipe laying vessel whose hoped for use is completing the Nord Stream 2 natural gas pipeline to Germany continues a round the world journey that began in Russia's Far  East.   The Akademik Cherskiy is now off the coast of Angola on west side of Africa bound for the port of Las Palmas in Spain's Canary Islands.    A Swiss company (Allseas) was laying pipeline until last December when President Trump signed a defense appropriations bill that included sanctions against companies helping to build the pipeline.....TASS NEWS STORY
