Democrats and the mainstream media taking on a dramatic and serious tone with Republicans noting that was being said amounts to hearsay evidence.

The US Appeals Court for the District of Columbia ruling that the President cannot withhold his financial records from Democrats in Congress.    The case now expected to move to the US Supreme Court.

In Israel the rockets continued to come from Gaza more than 24 hours after Israel killed two Islamic Jihad leaders, one in Gaza and the other in Damascus, Syria.

The rocket barrage continued Tuesday night and into Wednesday morning but as of 530 am local time, 1030 pm Eastern US time a cease-fire has been reportedly agreed to between Israel and the terrorists in Gaza.

Dozens injured in Israel with Israeli air strikes into Gaza where at least 20 were reported killed.

The Islamic Jihad had said earlier it would intensify its rocket attacks on Israel.   Some 90 percent of the rockets being launched were being intercepted by the Iron Dome defense system.

But now we will have to wait and see if the reported cease fire holds.  Alert sirens still sounding in Israel at Midnight Eastern US time, 7 am local time.

IN BOLIVIA WEDNESDAY RIOT POLICE CLASHED WITH SUPPORTERS OF FORMER PRESIDENT EVO MORALES WHO MARCHED ON THE PRESIDENTIAL PALACE TO PROTEST THE APPOINTMENT OF SENATOR JEANINE ANEZ AS PRESIDENT.

THE MORALES SUPPORTERS WHO HAD MAKESHIFT WEAPONS FACED OFF WITH THE POLICE FIRING TEAR GAS.   THE PROTESTERS REPORTED SHOUTING "NOW CIVIL WAR".

The US Justice Department's appeal of the dismissal of charges against key defendants in the April 2014 Bunkerville Standoff in Nevada will apparently be heard by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals next March. 

That's what federal court documents are pointing to.

In January of 2018 the charges dismissed against Cliven Bundy and other key defendants with "gross misconduct" of the prosecutors cited by US District Judge Gloria Navarro for their withholding of evidence from defense lawyers that would prove the innocence of those accused.

Australian Cardinal George Pell will be allowed to make a final appeal of his child sex abuse convictions.

The High Court of Australia has ruled that Pell may appeal his convictions last December in child sex abuse cases involving two 13-year old boys in the 1990's.
